Two postal codes, the pallets and their weight, the service and any special handling. Lanes with a house tariff or contract card return a firm price in under a second. Lanes with enough history return an estimate. Everything else goes to a dispatcher with a 30-minute clock anywhere in Canada.

2 · Book it
Pick the shipper and consignee from your address book or type them, set the pickup window, add PO and reference numbers, declare any dangerous goods, accept the terms. You get a PRO and BOL number, a printable bill of lading and 4 × 6 pallet labels for the driver.

3 · Track it
A dispatcher tenders the load to a vetted carrier and confirms the pickup. Dispatched, picked up, out for delivery and delivered each email you and update a tracking link you can forward to the consignee. Proof of delivery lands on the shipment page.
4 · Pay it
Prepay accounts get the invoice at booking, by card, pre-authorized debit or EFT. Approved credit accounts are invoiced at delivery on net terms. The invoice matches the quote unless the freight was misdeclared.
If something goes wrong
File a claim from the shipment page within the 60-day window; we acknowledge within 30 days and settle under the conditions of carriage. Dispute an invoice line with one click; undisputed amounts stay payable.
