Where the links come from
Shippers
The shipment page in your account shows the tracking link with a copy button; forward it to your consignee.
Consignees
Ask the shipper for the link; it needs no sign-in and shows status, cities and delivery time.
Carriers
Your tender link doubles as the load page for status and proof-of-delivery upload.
